The Patient No Show report is designed to help educators identify patients that were scheduled for a session but did not attend. This is especially helpful in multi session classes, where a patient might attend most but not all of the sessions. This report allows you to quickly see which session(s) a patient missed so that you can contact the patient and schedule a make-up session.

To run the Patient No Show Report:

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Click the link for Patient No Show Report.
The Patient No Shows screen opens.

3. Enter the Reporting Period Start date.
4. Enter the Reporting Period End date.
5. Click Run Report.

The Report Ready screen opens.
