Chapter 1. RD Reminder Settings

From within the Calendar view of the Classes tab an RD can choose to set a time interval to receive a reminder email of an upcoming class.  The default reminder setting is “No Reminder” but an RD can choose a time interval from the drop down list that suits them or they can create a custom time frame.

Reminder Settings

Set RD Reminder Interval
  1. Click on Reminder Settings
  2. Choose a time from the Appointment Reminder Interval drop down list or choose Custom to define your own.
  3. Click Save Changes
