No, you can’t but there is a way to accomplish this.  You can follow these steps:

1.  Create a profile for customer #1 using the standard process of emailing the PSA to their email address.

2.  Create a profile for customer #2 and do not enter an email address.  You will need to enter phone or loyalty card # in order to create their record.  You can then email them outside of the system to point them to the customer portal link.  This information along with their username can be found by following this trail:  General Information tab –> Web login section –> click Edit pencil –> copy and paste the customer portal link into an email and provide their username.  Instruct in the email that their username and password are the same until they are instructed to choose a unique password.
